monitoring internet usage program?

I have signed up with an ISP that has a 200MB download threshold per day (I'm in rural Canada, and there is not much choice).

I was told that you can download a program which will keep you informed on your daily usage. Apparently you can get one that will put like a counter in the top right hand corner of the screen, so you can follow how much you have 'used up'.

Anybody have an idea where I can find this progrm? I can't find it.

Thanks.

This would seem to fit the bill, and it's free, I can't vouch for it as I am uncapped.

I use tautology bandwidth meter 1.5 there is a icon on your toolbar, if you hold mouse pointer over it usage is shown, and if you click to open it there is other info.
