Hello. Currently running win XP. Boots up OK but as soon as running the monitor goes into standby, although win is still running. Please can someone tell me what to do? Regards

Hi 24army. The monitor goes into standby because it isn't receiving any signal. This is most likely caused by a faulty graphics driver. You can prove this by booting into Safe Mode. If the monitor stays on, you'll know there is nothing wrong with the monitor or graphics card. Try uninstalling the graphics drivers, then reinstalling the latest version.
