Monitor recommendation

Having just returned a Dell E228WFP due to a lack of sharpness and some bleed in text, can anyone recommend a 22inch widescreen which will give me nice sharp text?
Most of the reviews I read on the web seem to concentrate on movies and games, neither of which I am planning on using the monitor for.

Is that the one with the glossy screen? Although the glossy screen monitors do seem to have a brighter sharper picture, I think the reflections would annoy me.

I have had a V7 22" LCD Monitor 1680x1050 @60 Hz for 6 months, I can recommend it to you. You will be pleasantly surprised how good it is for your type of. I think my mate paid about £190 for it. Hope this helps.

sconedd - I havent seen any V7's on my searches.

chippy+ - I think I would like a 22inch (as the actress said to the bishop)

wjrt - that was one I was considering. I haven't seen it in the 'flesh'. I'm not sure about the shiny bezel. But text is sharp at native resolution?

Mr Mistoffelees - another I was considering, but I prefer a slimmer bezel.

The real problem is getting to see the models - PC World doesn't have a big selection and the ones they have only show videos - not a great help in judging sharpness.
