I've installed Money 2003, but when I click on the Desktop Icon to start the program, the following error messages are displayed:

Msmoney has caused an error in WINMM.DLL
msmoney will now close
Close

When I Click on Close, I get

Msmoney has caused an error in MSCOFD.DLL
msmoney will now close
Close

When I Click on Close, the program closes and returns me to the Desktop
Can anyone please help. Any advice would be appreciated.
System:
Windows Me
Internet Explorer 6
Pentium 111 800MHz

Thanking you,
Den

If you type the above two errors into google, you will see that the first one refers to a corrupt, or missing file, and the second one also has connections to M/S money and password, and or internet explorer.

Seeing that M/S money also has the capability of internet use, it would appear that the missing/corrupt file theory is a sound one.

Might be a good idea to un-install the program, and then re-install. If the problem is still there, then from one of the links above you will find a download to repair the file. J.
