can any help me on how to connect my airtel mpls modem to a router

I would expect it to be either an RJ11 modem lead (small square plugs) or an RJ45 Ethernet (larger, more rectangular plugs). That's assuming that you have the right bits of kit to work together. Do a Google image search for those RJ numbers and see if they look right, then head over to Ebuyer or the local PCWorld or wherever you prefer. There are different flavours of RJ45, but any standard Cat5 patch cable should be fine.
