I have an annoying problem with my 3 month old Mesh Matrix 3400.
Sometimes when I have accessed the internet, the modem just drops out for no apparent reason, I then have to use my dial up connection to reconnect which is a pain.
I took Monday afternoon of work to try and solve this problem with Mesh, with continous telephone calls all afternoon I failed to get in touch with anybody
I have tried to email them, but this also have fell on deaf ears.
Some help would be most appreciated.

You should have come here first!

Can we assume an ADSL modem connected by USB? Several things can cause drop-outs. Are you saying you can't reconnect?

The modem is a SoftK56 Data Fax Voice Speakerphone Carp Internal
If it struggles to read a page then it will drop out, but on the redial it usually works fine.

I was on the wrong track, then.
