I recently did a upgrade from Win 98 to 2000. Im missing modem drivers and i cant see any name on the modem itself.
All i have is CE 0197.

I think that CE 0197 may be an electrical certification standard.

As others have suggested, you really need to use Belarc Advisor or even more simply Windows' own System Information from Programs>Accessories>System Tools.

I tried system info first and got nothing.

Try installing a generic modem driver from Windows Add New Hardware temporarily - 28.8, 33.6 or 56k depending on how old the modem is believed to be.
