Morning all,
Can anyone tell me where I can buy the 20 pin connector + pins that connects the PSU to the mobo
want to shorten the leads, also does it have a specific name\number.

Have tried local Maplins, every other connector except that one.

Thanks in advance.

mention and is part of the PSU itself. It can not be changed.

The Molex part no is 39-01-2200 and they can be found in the RS catalogue - which means anyone with access to an RS catalogue could order them for you. I'm not sure if pins are included, but pacets of suitable pins will also be available, and you will need a crimping tool.

Most electricians/electronic technicians will have an RS catalogus and account.

If you feel able to do it, take very great care.
