have you tried downloading and installing the latest driver from the laptop manufacturers website?this may fix it for you.code 10 means (from ms help)"Device failed to start. Click Update Driver to update the drivers for this device.

as above install the latest driver,ati do not support mobiles so you will habe to get the driver from the laptop manufacturer.
