I know this is a computer forum but getting nowhere with this on mobile forums,so thought it worth a try.

Took delivery of a Samsung SGH-U700,click here
transfered my video clips,3gp and mp4s from my SGH-E900 and on playing the mp4s I get the error message 'unsupported resolution'.

I have been contacted Samsung via email and phone and as yet have got offered no solution or for that matter any reasonable suggestions except that the phone might have a fault and to have it exchanged.

Had another phone delivered today same problem.
Phoned Samsungs tech department again and all she could suggest is that she would put it to her colleagues as she had not got a clue.

So folks am open to all and any suggestions.
