Missing/Corrupted Windows\Keyb.Sys

When I start up my computer, I get the following error message:-
The following file is miissing or corrupted C:WINDOWS\KEYB.SYS.
To be honest, everything appears to be working OK (so far) but I am concerned that something is going to happen when I use a process that I have not yet used. I am on Windows ME. Can anybody out there offer any advice?

I have ME Disc and have found win9x, its a zip file. Excuse my abysmal ignorance, but how do I open it and how do I then copy it over?

I have managed to extract the file and it is now sitting in "My Documents". In the KB article, it says drag to replace/overwrite the corrupted file, but I cannot find the file to replace/overwrite. The error message does say corrupted or missing, presumeably mine is the latter. Can you advise me as to next (hopefully Final) step.
