missing 'VC_red.msi' file???

Hi there.

Im having problems installing itunes on my pc. Everytime i try to install it i get this message

'the feature you are trying to use is on a network source that is unavailable. Click OK to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package VC_red.msi in the box below.'

Ive tried googling it and am not having much luck resolving it. Im not technically that good with pc's so any help would be appreciated.
