Missing Temporary Internet Files

When visiting some websites you do not get the option to right click and save video content such as wmv formats, and in such cases if I play the video all of the way through then I can copy the file from the IE Temporary Internet Files folder and save on my desktop. For some reason I find that I am no longer able to do this. The only changes that I have made to my system recently was to install SP 2.
Anyone any ideas ...................?

Thanks in advance.

Also if the size of the Temporary Internet File is smaller than the video file it will not be cached

Thanks for your response.

The History settings are fine, I know which video I've watched I just need to find the temp file that was downloaded. It's like it will download a temp file of photos, website gifs etc but not any video!!
