Hi, Can anyone please help me to get my System32 folder back into the windows folder. I cant find it anywhere. I run XP pro. and SP2.

From another Forum.
Open command prompt and type: attrib -a -h -r -s c:\windows\system32

Hope this helps. It fixed the same problem for me.

If the System32 folder was moved then Windows wouldn't start up. If Windows starts up it should still be there, but it may be hidden and you don't need to worry about it. If Windows doesn't start though, you'll need to reinstall it. Just put your XP CD in the computer and restart it to let it boot from the CD and go through all the instructions on screen.

The command prompt that woodchip posted takes away the archive, hidden, read only and system attributes of the folder so that will also make it show up.
