Missing Outlook Express Folders

Have just upgraded to IE6 from IE4 (on W98)and this has replaced Outlook Express 4 with OE6.

However, the original folders have not been carried over. They are still sitting in the original folder:

C:\windows\application data\microsoft\outlook express\mail

with the old naming conventions (folder1.ibx & folder1.mbx etc.).

Is there some tool / method for converting these and relocating them so that OE6 can access them? Maybe a website that tells one what to do?

BTW the default OE6 folders are located at:

C:\windows\application data\microsoft\outlook express

whereas I was expecting them to be at:

C:\windows\application data\identities\{....}\microsoft\outlook express

any comments on this as well (or is it just because not using identities?)

In OE - Go to File - Import - Messages and run the Wizard. At the appropriate place, browse to oyur old email store folder, and they should import.
