Missing ".msi" files

A problem recently occurred with iTunes; I tried downloading & re-installing, however some items could not be removed and the message suggested contacting Apple support. I tried un-installing iTunes through Chgange/Remove Programs but was unable to do so - the message read "The feature you are trying to remove is on a network resource that is unavailable, enter alternative path to iTunes.msi". I cannot find this file using Windows Explorer Search tool - can anyone advise

1. Download the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility click here

2. Install the program (MS Office not required!)

3. Run the program from Start->All Programs->Windows Install Cleanup Utility

4. Click on iTunes, and then click the “Remove” button

5. Run the iTunes installer!
