Missing message

Firstly, thanks to anybody who has helped me in the past.
I do not have a programme on my computer called photo gallery. What I am getting at start up is a message "Please wait while windows configures photo gallery". This repeats itself 3 times and I click on cancel each time,in order to continue with my computer tasks. If I do not do that, I get a message "insert disc etc", which I have not got, and I click on cancel to continue.
Has anybody got any idea of how to get rid ot please?

Start, Run, type

and click OK.

On the Startup tab look for anything to do with Photo Gallery and untick it.

Hi! VOG andJohnnyrocker,
Sorry but neither idea worked.
I simply cannot find anything about it anywhere on the computer.
More to the point, I do not know where it came from!!!
