Hi, I have a newish PC. with a 201gb. hard drive installed. The person who had it before me formated it in to 2 drives C: and E: 10gb on c: and about 190gb. on drive e: I cannot get in touch with him again and I replaced his windows XP with another copy (original, it went on to drive c:) but now I've lost the e: drive with about 90gb of programs on it (but in effect, the whole 190gb)..how can I get this other hard disk space back and then make it all in to one whole drive of the original 210gb?
I've just started the whole PC. thing and I'm quite old, So please have pity on me..
Thanks for your time and trouble, jack.

Right click on My Computer and click Manage.

Then go to the disk management option. Disk 0 will show how your current hard disk is set up. Does E appear on there?
