Missing file?

I run win 98 se2

When I start my pc I get the message

" The MSNMSGR.EXE file is linked to missing export OLEAUT32.DLL:176 "

How do I resolve this please?

click here which says:

go to click here , go to downloads , and then search 4 oleat32.dll
download the file , and unzip it in the classic mode . place it in the map : c:/program files/msn messenger , and then it should work

click here looks like it's linked to Messenger. On the link, someone says try uninstalling messenger, then reinstall.

Hitch-Hiker. Just tried the link myself, it worked for me. Try this one, click here then type in the DLL file that U want.
