Missing eBay 6 digit security code image

  old_codger 21:57 23 Aug 09

I have XP Pro SP3 and all updates for Aug installed. I run FF 3.5+ as default browser and note when visiting eBay.co.uk (log in) >Advanced Search >Find Member page there is a 6 digit verification image code that is displayed, and can be updated, which is meant to be entered into box to complete member search for example.

However, when I install Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 or KIS 2010 activate and run it, when I revisit above site the code image is missing. Rolling back XP deinitely fixes problem, but no security! I am awaiting some help from Kaspersky Labs, but has anyone seen this before?

Turn off Settings > Content Filtering > Banner Ad Block.

Thanks Bob The Blob,
I have tried your suggestion, but it didn't work after rebooting. By default KIS doesn't block banner ads although I normally enable this.
