I have just received a file using Microsoft Works but I am unable to open it as file LTKRN13N.dll is missing. MS Works was installed on my dell computer when I bought it, althjough I use Word. I have located several sources for the missing file and am able to download it. However, it seems that I also have to down load a scan program as well. As I am also running Norton Internet Security 2008 and Systemworks, is it safe to download another program that runs a scan, and do I need to download another scan program? The MS site suggests re-installing MS Works but no disk was provided with the computer, as MS Works came installed. Advice please?
