I am having trouble with my canon BJC-3000 printer. it does not print and I received a warning that "file CICMCM.dll was not found. Can anyone please tell me what this is and how to retrieve it or get a new one. I must say that my knowledge of computers is very limited. Any assistance will be gratefully accepted.

Re-install the printer drivers using the CD that came with the printer.
