Missing dfs.vxd & vnetbios.vxd when starting 98Se

Can anyone assist in a easy step by step instruction on how to sort the following errors out. wiped disk but when restarting these messeges come up and you have to press a key to get into windows. The following full error is as follows and a big paragraphs applies for each missing vxd file.

"Cannot find a device file that may be needed to run windows or a windows application. The Windows registry Or System.INI file refers to this device fiel, but the device no longer exhists.

If you deleted this file on purpose, try reinstalling the application using its uninstall or setup programme.


Then all the above and then also vnetbios.vxd

to start into the windows I have to press a key on the keyboard.

Can anyone please help or is it a take it to the local shop ?.
