What is the minimum PSU size recommended for a K755A motherboard?

When it comes to a PSU your MOBO is not the only thing to consider...

First thing really is how much you are prepared to pay...
For modern PCs any PSU under 500W is really not worth having...

It depends on what processor, hard drives, cd roms, graphics cards and other stuff it is powering.
The K7S5A is a rather old board now and I suppose the minimum would be around 400watts, depending on your spec it might get away with a lower rated one - its differcult to say but if you had a really good graphics card you would be better upping that.

Thanks for your replies.

First thing I will do is to try a 550W PSU from another of my computers.

I tried the 550W PSU and got no response from the bare bones setup of the computer.

Now I shall go down the motherboard failure route as another subject.
