I have a Tiny laptop which has not been used for sometime.
I recently connected it up and got the message.
BIOS can't find the MIFLASH.COM.File.
Please copy the MIFLASH.COM to disc & press any key to retry.
Could anyone explain in a simplified manner how I go about it.
Thanks.

Please make sure the laptop that is use AC-Adapter power

1)Create a simple bootable diskette of windows 95/98.
Only involve three hide file IO.SYS/MSDOS.SYS/DRVSPACE.BIN
one file COMMAND.COM

example: C:\format/s A:

2)Copy related files of BIOS onto bootable diskette.
miflash.com / project.bin / bios.rom

3)Power on 6120N then system will access FDD to execute
miflash BIOS back to original version

4) Please download new System/KBC BIOS from click here
then update system/kbc bios again.

Thanks for you response Fruit Bat /\0/I have printed it out to study, bit advanced for me.
However, how do I make a copy of windows 95/98 and the related BIOS files when the computer is not working.
My present computer has windows xp, and its BIOS files may not be suitable.
You were right about the model it is a 6120n

click on the downlowd icon on the first item in the post screen list it is basically the same as your post

"After I flashed the BIOS on my 6120N. The screen shows " Starting MIFLASH ......Bios can't find the MIFLASH.COM file."

It will then open another winow with the answer to your question and a link to download the two zip files you need to restore your laptop.
