I have a microsoft works disk which came with an Evesham Vale p/c a couple of years ago, ive never used the disk and gave it to someone recently.Ive been told that its asking for a validation code 20 digits long, the disk is genuine but has no code or none on the sleeve is there any way of getting a new code for it.Thanks in advance to any assistants.

It should be on the CD case.

Hi VoG the cd never had a case as such just one of those paper and plastic fronted sleeves which as i said was never opened.

It will only work on the machine it was supplied with probably.

On mine, on the back of the CD paper case, there is an OEM (MESH) sticker with the 20 digit key. You may need to contact Evesham.

If works is on the Computer you may find the Key with Belarc or everest home on your hard drive
