I am using Outlook as my default e-mail account and I have set up Personal Folders. The problem that I have is there is a duplicate of the Personal folders and I don't know how to get rid of it - I could just remove the duplicate but I am worried that the other Personal folders will dissappear!!
Every time an e-mail is put into the 1st PF, then it also appears in the duplicate.

you created the duplicate in the first place?

If that is the case you can safely delete the duplicate, but before you do it I suggest that you save any important emails in a temporary directory.

Computing teaches you one thing above all else, and that is to back up, even when you don't think you need to back up. In my office we even back up the back ups.
