Anubody out there use Outlook and can tell me how to configure it so that when you send one email to a number of people the recipients names are not listed for each recipient to see. I know that it must be possible because I am sure I have received emails which display "Sent to undisclosed recipients"!

So far - I can't figure out how to do it!!

Put the other recipients in the BC address box, not the CC box.

BC = Blind Copy

Hi. If you launch Outlook2000, start your new mail in view there's an option bcc field. bcc stands for blind carbon copy. Any addresses in tghis field won't be seen by other recipients.

Didn't twig it as the bcc field was not in view!
