I had problems with my win 2000 so I installed win2000 on my second hard drive as win would not work.
i have set everything up and it works OK. I would now like to get my e-mails and addresses from the old drive. i have looked up pst file formats but can't find anything on the old drive. Can anyone advise how to ge these files and transfer to the new working system

Is it outlook or Outlook Express?

If the former, then search for *.pst - it "may" be a hidden file, although if on a slave drive, I don't know if that will be the case.

If OE, then another option is called for - someone may know what to do.

If its Outlook, you can export to your new setup. Go to File /Import Export / Export to a file /Personal Folder file .pst /Next choose what / next choose where.
