Microsoft Outlook

I've just bought a new computer with XP installed. I've installed Office 97 and have set up Microsoft Outlook as my email editor but when I check for new messages it doesn't automatically disconnect when it has finished as it does on my 98 machine. I can't find anywhere to tell it to - can anyone direct me to the right place.

Open Outlook, then Tools, Options, Mail Setup and then select 'Hang up when finished with a manual Send/Receive'. That is how you do it with Office XP, not sure if it's the same with 97

Thanks - the connections tab isn't in "Options" but in "Services" on the ISP's properties but you pointed me in the right direction!
