Get Windows to search for .PST files. These are the data files for Outlook.

Search for hidden files and folders. It's probably in Documents and Settings.

If you want to back up your Outlook files, it doesn't matter where the files are.

In Outlook, click File; Backup. You will then be asked to choose a location to back up the files to.

Choose a location (it could be an external medium, for instance) and work through the wizard.

Just realised, you may not have the Outlook backup facility installed!

If so click here

Depends on the OS but it is normally in the application data under the user's name. If you look in Outlook under Tools - Options - on the Mail Set up tab and click on data files it will tell you and you change the location.
