Downloaded for free the above software from Microsoft.

Anyone know how to enter scheduled transactions such as Direct Debit payments?

I dont think this facility is available in the Express version but only in the full version (c.£150). It is called recurring documents there.

Thanks. I have also ben doing some research.

Although it seems silly that the basic level of this software does not have the facility of setting up for standing orders and direct debits it is a problem common with Quick Books EasyStart as well. All a bit daft because I currently use Quicken 98 that caters well with these items but not with Windows Vista.

Just seems these provider want you to buy a top of the range software when you a a person running a business on his own and does not employ anyone.

The only software that would seem to fit the bill is MYOB Business basics.
