I have obviously done something that has affected my computer. When I switch on I am unable to load windows straight away, I get a message come up that mentions microsoft networking, telling to either uninstall (which I have down from the control panel) or reinstall (I don't know how), the error says msnp32.dll file not found and when I have to use any key to load windows there is dfs.vxd. Any help please would me very much appreciated. I desperately want to get the computer running normally again!
