When trying to sign in I always get the Error messgae 81000314. Microsoft suggests clearing the Messenger cache. The instructions given for this do not seem to enable me to access the Dir wndow in MSDOS. The instructions are
At command prompt type CD\ENTER
CD%appdata%\microsoft ENTER
CD"MSN MESSENGER" ENTER
DEL/sListCache.dat ENTER

Have I got the spaces in the right place or is there an easier way of doing this. Any help would be gratefully received
