'Microsoft' emails with attached viruses

I'm sure Im not the only person receiving these so I apologise if this has been discussed before.
In the last 48 hours I have received about 75 emails claiming to be from Microsoft with attached update patches.
My Norton Anti-virus really does not like these attachments so has been working overtime.
How can I stop these emails coming through.
I am using Outlook Express 6 for my email.

You can't stop them, I'm afraid. Just delete them.

Download Mailwasher click here and delete them before downloading them to your email client (Outlook, Outlook Express etc.).

Can't you set rules in outlook express to block them. The "if their adress isn't in my aress book, don't download from the server sort" of thing? or something similar?

Have downloaded Mailwasher.
Will certainly help.
