Microsoft AntiSpyware and Spybot S&D

Is there a conflict between these two products? I ran Microsoft AntiSpyware on the day it was released and it only found SearchSquire (apparently missed by both Spybot S&D and AdAware). I ran the Spybot S&D immunise option this morning and it told me that I needed to immunise my system against one particular threat. I did this. MS AntiSpyware then detected SearchSquire again on the scan I ran this afternoon. Having removed it, Spybot S&D is again prompting me to immunise against one threat. I would be interested to know if anyone else has found this to be the case.

Some comments from following link may give you food for thought.SearchSquire could be the reg entries from definitions that A_Aware and Spybot load. Will add i would still run the program.
