I am trying to update my satnav but I keep getting a message saying I need to install Microsoft Activesync but I am unable to find it on the MS website.Has it been replaced by something new? or is there another Prgramme I can use instead? Thanks

If you have Vista or Windows 7 then you will need the Mobile Device Center instead of Activesync which is for XP click here

Strange! As far as I know, you only need activesync for a PDA device, with a Satnav add-on programme.

For one of the TomTom car navigation range it is not needed. I certainly do not need to to update my 920, and not for my old 700.

I thought so too but perhaps this is satnav on a pda.
