Microsoft Access Help Required

I am building a database to store customer details and act as a bookings system.

I have built a criteria capture form, a query which interprets the criteria set in the capture form (using the Like command) and a data output form which displays the results of the query.

Does anybody know how i could then take the data in the output form and save it in a new table using a command button?

reece, yes you can create a macro on the button and get it to run a query. The query can be a 'make table' query or perhaps just an append query, maybe delete from the output table first if you want it empty.

Thanks silverous. That was exactly what i was looking for. The append query was the one I needed.
