this is probaly ok,but a lot of fake microsoft sites have been poping up lately.

Microsoft do not send emails for updates but in saying that I used your link and it took me to the genuine Microsoft up-date site. j.

The link is a correct MS website... but NEVER open attachments in e-mails claiming to be from MS.
