I'm new to all this .......
I need to update my motherboard but there's not much room in there,
my existing motherboard measures 195mmx250mm (approx.)
does this make it Micro, AT or ATX?
Any one out there know?

IT is not really the measurements of your motherboard that make it an AT or ATX it is the layout of the connections if your motherboard is old it might be an AT if it is comparatively new it will most likely be an ATX click here
if your external connections are in the top right hand edge as in the picture then it is an ATX.

If you let us know the make and model of your motherboard, someone will look it up, or point you in the right direction. The size won't tell you anything much, except for how much room you have to fit a new one!

thanks, DieSse, it's a MicroStar 6154 Ver.2

Its an ATX motherboard.
