MFP advice

I am looking to buy a multifunction peripheral but the abundance of pro's and cons and negative / comments is overwhelming! I have narrowed it down to a 'shortlist' of 4, namely the Lexmark P4350, HP PSC 1510, HP PSC 1610 and the Epson DX4800. I also looked at the Brother MFP's but am not too sure about them. Can anyone give me some no obligation, honest, no sales pitch advice on which is best. I am looking for something that is less than £100, gives good resolution, printer / scanner / copier, has reasonable speeds and good quality without problems. A tall order i know but any help would be appreciated.
