After updating MSN Messenger as advised when trying to log in to the service, everytime I used outlook express or internet explorer messenger logged its self in. I uninstalled the update and tryed to remove messenger in control panel. Still it logged its self in, in desperation I went to restore in XP and went back a couple of months. Then I did the upgrade for messenger OK only logs in when I choose to do so. Is there anyway of removing messenger all together? Also in restoring to previous month I have lost my Clean up program which a PC Adviser forum member kindly gave me details of as a download to clean up cookies and the like with one button, can anyone tell me where I can download it again from?
Thanks.
