Message Transfer in Outlook Express

I have a new system on XP replacing W98 on another machine. I would like to get my Inbox emails from the old machine transferred onto the new one.
Ive tried using the F & S transfer wizard, but I could'nt seem to customise it to just transfer my Inbox. Is there an easier way please ?

Open OE, choose File > Export. Same them to the hard disk, copy to floppy or CD as appropriate.

Copy from floppy / CD to the HDD of your new PC. Open OE on your new PC, choose File > Import.

open OE,right click on inbox, select properties, then you will see where the inbox is located.

find the file, copy it to your docs and copy it either to floppy or if the file is to big then copy to another source. i.e. zip, cd/cd-rw

For favourites, click on file in Internet Explorer, then select "Import and Export" and the wizard will take you through it
