It seems you have several issues with this PC and I doubt the Helproom will be able to sort them.
You'd be better off posting in the ConsumerWatch Forum- Mesh have a contact there (Davey)- I see you've heard of him.
The last PC I purchased was from Mesh and I had problems with their so-called Customer Support.
I got nowhere and fixed it myself in the end- cost me £60.
Suffice to say- Mesh- never again.
