Menu bar disappeared from Windows Explorer

Sometime in the past few days the menu bar has disappeared from the top of my Windows Explorer window, so I'm unable to, for instance, create a new folder because the File menu's not there.

Any ideas how I get it back, please? I've tried right-clicking at various places around the screen, but there's nothing I can see that will do the job.

Press the ALT key then right click and select the menu bar.

In IE, click Tools, Toolbars and then MenuBar

There's also a fix here, Ms fixit.

ALT and right-click did nothing. But MS Fixit did the job, thanks.
