memory violation

A friend gets these messages when he starts his pc "memory access violation in module kernel 32 at 1647 2651556 this changes every time he goes on like 32 at 662378514839" and when He shut down his internet connection he gets "0x77f5215e ref memory at 0x007f4b4 the memory could not be writen, does anyone know what these are

No, he's got infected by the Swen virus, tell him to go here click here and run the online virus scan, it should clean it. If he's using XP or ME, turn off System Restore before running the scan. After he's been given the all-clear, re-activate System Restore and create a new, clean restore point.
