Memory upgrade. Help!

  escoline 11:27 29 Jan 04

I have an old computer with a Pentium mainboard i430TX (PCchips I think). I've just put two 64MB SDRAM PC66 modules in the two DIMM slots but my computer only sees 32MB total. Can anyone help?

It may need a bios upgrade to see the memory. If you can find out the mobo manufacturer, have a look at for info about what memory you can use.

What is the current OS on the machine? If win98 or later have a look at aida32 from click here which will give info about what mobo you have.
