Hello, My PC has 2x 2GB DDR3 (64BOMHHHJBG09)memory sticks and I wanted to upgrage to 8 GB. I bought a Kingston 2GB PC2-6400 CL6 (KVR800D2N6/2G) 240 DIMM memory stick but it's not
compatible with my PC as it pleeps when turning on the PC. My motherboard spec are: Asrock G41C-GS FSB 1333 DDR2 800 DDR3 1330 Dual Channel I would greatly appreciate if someone would tell me the correct memory to buy.

What make etc is the original RAM the number you have posted does not produce any results when Googled?

But whatever it is you have put in with your new ram DDR2 but you already have DDR 3 in your motherboard you cannot mix the two. Either 8GB DDR 2 or 8Gb DDR 3.

Assume that your are running a 64 bit OS.

The make of my original RAM is PNY Technologies Europe. I have 2 1TB hard drives. One is running Win 7 64-bit, the other Win XP 32-bit.

You still cannot mix DDR 2 and DDR 3,so it really does not matter what BIT your OS is.

The 64 bit will recognise the full 8 Gb, the 32 bit will recognise 3.2 or thereabouts.
