Memory Upgrade

I am running XP Home with 128 MB Ram and 1.7 Gig processor. I wish to at least double the memory. Can I add a memory card to run side by side with the existing one, or will I need to scrap it and buy a complete new one? Are there any limits that the processor will handle. Any ptfalls? Any guidance would be helpful

Yes you can buy and fit another memory stick alongside what you already have. The best thing to do is to go to click here and follow the instructions to find out what type of memory you need.
