Recieved a patch from Microsoft "latest version of Sept 2003 cumulative patch update". Since instaling I am unable to run Norton Anti Virus or Zone Alarm due to error at start up.

You 'recieved' a virus, click here open a suspect mail , MS do not send out patches.....

You have caught the Swen virus, download and run Stinger click here to remove it. If you're using XP or ME, disable System Restore before running it, that will delete all your restore points in case it (Swen) has taken up residence in there. After all is cleaned, reactivate System Restore and create a new clean restore point.
